Keikyu: cheapest to Shinagawa, Yokohama and Asakusa

Keikyu leaves from Terminal 3 station and Terminal 1·2 station. Limited express trains reach Shinagawa in 13 minutes from Terminal 3 (16 from Terminal 1·2) for ¥330; change there for the JR Yamanote Line. Tap Suica or PASMO, or a contactless Visa, JCB, American Express, Diners, Discover or UnionPay card; Mastercard is planned. Card tap-to-ride charges adult fares only, and at Shinagawa it works only at the Takanawa Exit gates. On weekdays the first train toward Shinagawa leaves Terminal 3 at 5:26 and the last at 0:08.

Going home: customs check first, then bag drop

For tax-free goods bought from 1 November 2026 you pay the tax-included price and get the tax back when you leave. Back at Haneda, before you check in any bag, scan your passport at a customs tax-free kiosk to confirm that the goods leave Japan. Where the kiosks are: Haneda Airport tax refund guide.
