The 1-day pass costs ¥3,500 and the 2-day pass ¥5,000, for unlimited Osaka Metro and city buses, private railways within the city, and free entry to about 40 attractions. Osaka Castle, the Umeda Sky Building, the Tombori River Cruise and Tsutenkaku alone cost ¥6,700 at the door, so one busy sightseeing day pays for it. How to use it
The pass is digital only. Buy it in your phone’s browser on the SURUTTO QRtto site with a credit card (no app, no debit cards), up to 4 at a time, and show its QR code; screenshots are not accepted. The Kansai Tourist Information Center also sells it at the counter. Activate it within 3 months of purchase; unused passes are refunded free of charge.
Each attraction can be entered once per pass. A day starts at 3:00, so pressing Start just after midnight wastes it. Children pay the same price as adults. Evening Tombori cruise slots fill up, so exchange your pass early in the day.

Check before you go
Some attractions close for maintenance or by season: the Osaka Museum of Housing and Living is closed until 5 January 2027, and the Santa Maria day cruise does not run from 12 January to 5 February. LEGOLAND Discovery Center is free only on listed dates and needs a reservation.
